The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice. It is our guide for living a holy, Spirit-led life and the foundation for all teaching, preaching, and ministry at Greater Works Church.

Salvation and Water Baptism

Salvation is a gift from God through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe in water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ as commanded in the Scriptures, symbolizing the death of the old life and the birth of a new life in Christ.

The Holy Ghost and Transformation

We believe in the infilling of the Holy Ghost, with the evidence of speaking in tongues, as promised in the Book of Acts. The Spirit of God transforms hearts, empowers believers for holy living, and equips them for service, boldness, and spiritual victory.
